Where can I find fructose or agave nectar in Santa Cruz

You could try Naturalia. They have two stores, on on Calle Independencia and one in Equipetrol. I'm not sure they have these products but you can ask them. Perhaps if they don't sell them they will know who will? Contact information on the page.

There are also many other stores that now specialize in natural and organic products.
