What to choose?

Dear Chef Noly, I am going to be visiting Cochabamba, Bolivia in the spring. What do you suggest i try from your recipe section that would be the most common meal served?
Definitely check out the chicharron at Dona Pola's restaurant. She's famous for her chicharron. Other than that I would recommend trying one of the lunch specials at any local restaurant. When you have the lunch special you usually get a cold appetizer salad, soup, an entree, dessert and a beverage. If they have pique a lo macho that would be a good choice and look for one of my absolute favorites, peanut soup. Try mocochinchi, one of the other fruit waters or chicha morada to drink.
Visit the open-air market while you are there and look for some of the fresh cheese that Cochabamba is known for and snack on anything and everything, you're sure to have a great adventure.
While in Cochabamba make sure to take a good look at the trees, you may just see a hummingbird!
