Plurinational is defined as the coexistence of two or more sealed or preserved national groups within a polity. From this blog I think it is very easy to know the information regarding Bolivia and its history. Thanks for sharing this post!

means in translation or interpretation: many or multiple - from the prefix "plural" and nacional.

The name of the country Bolivia was changed by Evo Morales's government in the so called new founding of the "State of Multiple nations" in his effort to include all indigenous and ethnic communities within the territory of the once Bolivia.
