What are Some April 2013 Activities or Festivities in Cochabamba, Bolivia?

Hi there! I would like to get some information regarding activities that is happening in April, 2013. I am going there with a group of people from church for a mission work in Misque. Just curious if there is going to be a special holiday/event during the month -- this way we can plan better. Appreciate any feedback.

 There's a big international business fair in April 2013 in Cochabamba

The Feria Internacional de Cochabamba will be from April 24 to May 4, 2013 in Cochabamba. It's a big business expo with business round tables that begin usually during the previous week. This is to help businesspeople make contacts and network at national and global level. The city will be pretty busy. It's organized by the Cochabamba Chamber of Commerce.

 Stuff people do in Cochabamba in April

12 de Abril: Día del niño - Children's Day. Not a national holiday, but celebrated all over the country with events, parties at school or in public areas, etc.

22 de Abril: Día de la tierra - Earth Day. NGOs and some public institutions may hold fairs or something.

26 de Abril: Día de la secretaria - Secretary's Day. May be a difficult day to hold any business meetings :)

If you are going during the first days of April you should be aware that Easter Sunday is on March 31, 2013. If you are going toward the end of the month you should know that May 1st is Labor Day. In Bolivia there are sometimes protests around Labor Day and the government seems to have made it a habit of nationalizing something or other on that day each year.
