We are now in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Does anyone know if we (Hong Kong SAR passport holders) can get a visa to enter Bolivia at the Consulate-General of Bolivia in Buenos Aires? If yes, what documents shall be required and how long does it take to process? Thank you in advance!
