Valencia Homes are new single-family units, some still under construction, located near the southern neighborhood called Urbanización España, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. This area, one of the newest in Santa Cruz, is still very affordable as it is still being developed. These homes are being built by the owners of Legacy Bienes Raíces, a real estate company owned by Mario Villafan, who lived and worked in California for over 30 years; therefore, purchase is direct from the owners.
