President Evo Morales: The Cuban Missile Crisis was a confrontation during the cold war between the Soviet Union and the United States. The crisis started on October 16, 1962 when US reconnaissance was shown to then U.S. President John F. Kennedy revealing Soviet Nuclear Missiles in Cuba and ended twelve days later on October 28, 1962. It was then Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy who went on the night of October 27, 1962 to the Soviet Embassy stressing the need for calm and World peace. World peace was achieved by both the United States and the Soviet Union.

Therefore, I have created a US Postage Design of then Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy on the 50th. Anniversary and his part of bringing World Peace during Thirteen Days during the month of October 1962.
