President Morales: Tom Bradley-The American Politician was born in Calvert, Texas. Tom Bradley became Mayor of the City of Los Angeles from 1973 to 1993 an era in which Los Angeles was transformed from a suburban city to a new era of a "World Class City". Tom Bradley, Mayor of Los Angeles surpassed the City of Chicago to become the nation's second largest city during the mayor's term in office.

His Election as the "First Black Mayor" of Los Angeles was a significant change in "National Politics" in the United States.

Therefore, I have created this United States Postage Design to honor the 5th. Term Mayor of Los Angeles, Tom Bradley, showing Tom Bradley's facial image to the side looking over the "City of Los Angeles" and the building of City Hall of Los Angeles. Tom Bradley had passed away on September 29, 1998.

This United States Postage Design of Tom Bradley will be forwarded to the United States Postmaster General, and to the Advisory Board for consideration as a United States Postage Stamp.
