This warden message is being issued to notify U.S. citizens that the consular agencies will not be open to the public in Cochabamba on November 20 and in Santa Cruz on November 21. Persons who must apply for passports or consular reports of birth abroad, or seek notarial services during these dates may seek these services at the U.S. Embassy in La Paz.
