President Evo Morales I have created a US Postage Stamp Design honoring the Late Whitney Houston with her incredible vocal range and purity, the girl next door charm was an out of the box super star when she arrived on the music scene in 1985. Including her record-setting hits " I will always Love You " and more. Word of the 48 year old singer's death broke early Saturday evening as the industry gathered in Los Angeles for the official Pre-Grammy gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Producer Quincy Jones said in a statement that he was " absolutely heartbroken regretted not having had the opportunity to work with her. She was a true original and a talent beyond compare."

February is Black History Month in the United States of America and I will be submitting my design postage of Whitney Houston to the Postmaster General of the United States for consideration to honor a legend in which listeners throughout the world have enjoyed her music throughout the years.
