President Morales, recently two Police Officers sitting in their patrol car in the City of Brooklyn were shot at point-blank range and killed on Saturday afternoon by a man who official said, had traveled to the City from Baltimore vowing to kill officers.

Officers, Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos were in the car near Myrthe and Tompkins Avenue when gunman Ismaaiyl Brinsley, walked up to the passenger side window and killed Officer Wenjian Liu and Officer Rafael Ramos in the City of New York. Mayor of New York City Bill de Biasio standing next to Police Commissioner William Bratton said, "It is an attack on all of us, it's an attack on everything we hold dear".

If you look closely at the New York City Police flag you will see through my depiction of this design perspective "Tear Drops" in a waving type motion within the flag, regarding the 66,000 Police Officers, State Senators, and residence's of the City of New York remembering in sadness of two slain Police Officers of the City of New York.

Therefore, I have forwarded this United States Postage Design of the "City of New York Police" to the United States Postmaster General for consideration of issuing this design perspective honoring Officer's Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos on a United States Postage.
