Travel sites we enjoyed in Bolivia

I wish I could add many of the pictures I have from Tiahuanaco. Its an awesome place and gives you a better view of the history of Bolivia before the Spanish arrived. We also went to the last or at least people think it was the last fort of the Incas outside of Cochabamba. Going to the open markets is an experience that again gives one a better understanding of the people. We enjoy all our trips to Bolivia.

Bolivian Experience

The people were warm and friendly. All were very welcoming. when we shopped in the markets there was no aggressive selling to offend. Costs were less than in Peru. Some political problems with a strike prevented the taking of a highly scenic train ride as we crossed the border from Peru. A tour bus was used. The costly homes were in the lowest part of the city of La Paz. Went to Witches Market for small souveniers. All in all a wonderful visit.

adding your photos to boliviabella
by: BoliviaBella

Thanks Liliam for sharing this. I'd LOVE you to share your photos! There are 2 ways you can do that.

a) Visit our Tiahuanaco Forum. In the same way you added this message, add your thoughts about Tiwanaku. Then click on BROWSE to add your first photo, and on "Click here to add more images" to add up to 3 additional photos.

Just be sure your photos are compressed to 100 kb or less and that they are not more than 575 pixels wide, otherwise the form will reject them.

If your photos are very large, it's easy to compress them. Simply open Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
Click FILE
then LOCATE PICTURES.
Find the one you want.
Open it.
Click on EDIT PICTURES
then on COMPRESS PICTURES
then on WEB PAGES (that's the size you want).

Be sure to save your newly compresses photos under A DIFFERENT NAME. Close the program. DON'T SAVE the changes to your original photo. That's it!

b) Email your photos to me and I will do it for you. Include any text you want to attach to each photo. I will add a copyright mark plus your name on each photo prior to posting them online and will credit you on each photo.

If you choose option B, please respond by posting a comment below and I'll send you my email address.
