Transport from La Higuera to Urubamba and where to stay?

Hi! We are a couple from India. We are planning to visit La Higuera on 8th-9th October, 2017. Can anybody suggest how I can book an overnight accommodation at La Higuera? I will be travelling to La Higuera by taxi from Vallegrande on 8th Oct. Want to go to Urubamba from La Higuera on 9th afternoon. Is that possible? What is the mode of transport? If it takes a longer time we can stay back at La Higuera on 9th or go to Pucara in the afternoon. Is there any transport available from La Higuera to Pucara? Is there any accommodation that we can book for night stay at Pucara? Can we go to Urubamba from Pucara the next day i.e. 10th Oct? All these info are crucial for our planning. Will be very happy if anyone can suggest a solution.
