Trying to find out information on taxes on personal items.Moving to bolivia this Sept.Shipping container arranged to la paz.once items are at customs has anyone gone threw this process? the information i have as of now there is a 39.5% tax on personal items is this correct?seems rather high.Who determines what the value is?Please contact at stevenbromleywater@gmail.com
