I am desperately searching for any information on my brother who was staying at the Pichilemu Surf Hostal Backpackers.

His name is Dale Cowling and he is with a friend Jarrad Anderson.

We're really happy to let everyone know Dale Cowling and Jarrad Anderson have been located and are alive and safe in Pichilemu, Chile. They've made contact. Thanks to the dozens of people who called, chatted, tweeted and helped out! His family is relieved and very grateful for everyone who contributed information.
