you dont mind complaining. bit of a cry baby i reckon. foreigners caused all of this riots. wouldnt happen to have anything to do with the bolivian criminals inside the jail that i would think make up 95% of the jail at least. maybe your prison gaurds and officials should stop being so corrupt. pretty sure that the children living in the prison didnt live in squalor. there convicted criminal father was a drug lord with a very nice cell. and as for the criminals at the bottom of the pile who couldnt afoord foods and smoked base all day. they commited crimes chose there own bed and now lie in it. no sympathy for those parasites whatsoever
