Paying Homage to Jaime Escalante.

Bella: On March 30th, 2010 Bolivia's most famous teacher died. He was Jaime Escalante, who immigrated to Los Angeles and became known as The Best Teacher in America. His story was portrayed in the movie Stand and Deliver. Last week, Chef Noly had this to say:

"I was sad to hear about his death. Stand and Deliver is such a great movie. It's one of those movies that motivates you and that you want to watch over and over again. Its been one of my favorites for years and I highly recommend it.

Why not have a family movie night and watch this movie while eating some Bolivian food. In the movie there are two scenes where Escalante mentions specific Bolivian food. Can you find those scenes?
