Hi! Welcome to my NutriDiva gourmet bakery site. Aside from being the webmaster of BoliviaBella.com I also bake like a fiend! It's not unusual for me to be up until 3 in the morning working on new Bella pages for you while I wait for something to finish baking in the oven! Because Bolivia has so many wonderful bakeries, I specialize in American desserts. And although they are now becoming fairly well-known here in town, there's nothing like a little authentic "gringa" touch! If you live in Santa Cruz, Bolivia you can phone or email your order in to me for special events or just hanging out at home with some great sweets.I use the freshest most natural products available, and although I'm an incorrigible sweet tooth I do everything I can to make my baked goods less sinful (thus cutting down on the guilt factor) by using fresh fruits, organic spices, whole wheat, natural sugars, fresh eggs, butter - never margarine, and often substitute some of the more guilt-ridden ingredients with healthier options. Hola! Bienvenid@ a mi pastelería gourmet NutriDiva. Además de ser la webmaster de BoliviaBella.com también me encanta hornear! Debido a que Bolivia tiene ya tant@s pasteler@s taaaan increíbles, NutriDiva se especializa en postres norteamericanos. Y aunque muchos ya están siendo más y más conocidos en Bolivia no tienen ese "toque gringo" auténtico que en NutriDiva le podemos dar! Si vives en Santa Cruz, Bolivia puedes efectuar tu pedido por teléfono o correo electrónico para eventos especiales o simplemente para disfrutar de las delicias americanas que ofrecemos en tu casa.Utilizamos únicamente los productos más frescos y naturales disponibles y aunque a mi me encanta todo lo que es dulce, hago todo lo posible para asegurar que los productos que te ofrecemos sean un poquito menos pecaminosos (reduciendo así el factor de culpabilidad je je) usando frutas frescas, especias orgánicas, harina integral, azúcar natural, huevos frescos, mantequilla - nunca margarina, y con frecuencia sustituyo algunos de los ingredientes que más deseas evitar con opciones más saludables.
