I have a friend whose grandmother makes a dish when he goes down to Bolivia to visit. It has chicken in it, with noodles and then an egg is cracked into it. He is not sure if this is a traditional recipe or something that is grandmother came up with. I would love to try it, do you know what dish he is speaking of?
