moving to Santa Cruz

Hi to all! is this a fantastic site! I can never imagine that exist a site Specific for Santa Cruz with so much detailed info! Compliments Bella! I'm from Italy and i'm 37 years old. I finally decided to move to Santa Cruz before the end of the year. this decision was arrived by viewing the European bad situation of this last years and, of course, because there is my girlfriend Maira and her 4 ninos waiting for me. I'm working in the house constructions business here in Italy as an employed and my idea was to find a "terreno urbano" where i can build an home or two to resell. I imagine i need to take contacts with local "albanil" or building enterprises for doing that but sincerly i don't know where i can start...I think also i need to find for a bank that can give me a credit (as an ex employed i don't have much money to invest in this business) but any opinion or previous experiences of you are precious for me...i want also to say that i was in Santa Cruz last december (Zona PLan 3000) and, in the next future, i would like to move to a better and secure zone for living/business (not necessarly between 2nd and 4th ring as i think prices are much higher!)....for last...my espanòl is like my english so...i apologize but learning languages is not the best thing i can do... :)
