During the Lost Foods of Bolivia series Bella and I enjoyed discussing many different Bolivian ingredients and recipes. Of course we got side tracked and went from talking about lost foods to our favorite foods which are still very much in existence. We came upon a dish that isn't seen too much in Santa Cruz any longer but that I know of from La Paz. Then a reader of Bella's blog requested a recipe for that specific food. What synchronicity!
