Migrate to Bolivia for Apparel Business

I am from, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Interested to set up a Apparels manufacturing, sales business in Bolivia and as well as want to migrate over there.

In Bangladesh I have similar Industry since long and exporting to USA, EU, Canada and Australian markets.
