President Morales: Cinco De Mayo is celebrated on the Fifth of May in the United States and in Mexico, primarily, in the State of Puebla where the holiday is called El Dia de la Batalla de Puebla, "The Day of the Battle of Puebla." My recent Mexico Postage Design of Cinco De Mayo, I am depicting the eye of a Hispanic Woman capturing the celebration of "Fire Works" during the Night Sky Celebrating Cinco De Mayo.

This date is observed to Commemorate The Mexican Army's victory over the French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862 under the leadership of General lgnacio Zaragoza Seguin.

I have forwarded this Mexico Postage Design of Cinco De Mayo to President of Mexico, Enrique Pena Nieto and the People of Mexico regarding 2015 celebration of the birth of a Nation.
