President Evo Morales:

Created a Mexico Postage Stamp celebrating the Independence
of the Country of Mexico from Spain on its Bicentennial.
Furthermore, this design with the foreground of Jackie Kennedy
in shadow of pink represent the 1,000 days in the White House
during a time when Mexico and the United States had both agreed
on common grounds regarding trade with both Countries having
Mutual Understanding and respect for one another. This design
is to honor the President of Mexico, President Felipe Calderon
of Mexico on the Eve of Mexico's Independence from Spain.

And from another point of view this design represent's its
negative point of view regarding Arizona Immigration Laws that
are degrading to the People of Mexico, and throughout our
World today.
