Looking to rent a room in La Paz from now until Aug. 15th

Hi, I am a 27 year American male currently in La Paz, and I am wondering if anyone has any idea how to go about renting a room in an apartment from now (July 5) to august 15th. I don´t even know if that´s possible. I would prefer to be with some other youngish people, but mostly I just want to get out of the hostel circuit. I would prefer to be in Sopocachi. Any ideas? Anyone got a room? Thanks a lot.
