Looking to move to Magdalene Beni, Bolivia

Hello, I am so looking forward to moving to the warmth, and peace of Magdalena, I do need to know about mosquito's and flies are they a issue there and is malaria actually a issue, and what about Denque Fever, or Bolivian Hemmoragic fevor. Are they issues there.
