La Paz - Great vegetarian food with huge salad selection that sit well!

I have been traveling for 9 months in Latin America and have found the best vegetarian food that sit well with my tummy! I've been eating here everyday and you can taste the love with which the food is made! Light on salt, on oil and on condiments. They even serve soya bread :) And very affordable at 17Bs for buffet salad bar, a soup and a segundo. Name: "Nueva Luz" in La Paz in the center, on calle Campo N.48, on the corner of Prado (about 2 blocks north of Plaza del Estudiante)
