Join Earth Hour full force in 2010! Let's give our planet a breather. 579 cities in 77 countries have already joined this initiative. Santa Cruz, Bolivia was the first city to do so in South America. Tarija has joined as well for 2010 thanks to a joint initiative between the Green Hearts Project and WWF Bolivia.
If the Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen left you feeling deflated, EARTH HOUR 2010 is your opportunity to express yourself. Show leaders in your part of the world that you're concerned and that it's urgent a global agreement be reached to mitigate climate change.
Earth Hour 2010 will take place on March 27th between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Millions of people all over the world will turn off their lights for one hour to demonstrate their concern over global warming. Learn more at the Earth Hour 2010 website.
