This listing of Jesuit Missions restaurants includes most places the public can eat - some are nice restaurants and others are really small "pensiones" (very simple food, limited or fixed menus). In some larger Jesuit Missions like Concepcion and San Ignacio the large hotels have really nice restaurants where you can be choosy about when and what you eat. But in most of these towns finding a really good place to eat can be tricky. Most of the time you have to content yourself with the available local fare and at times you won't have a menu to choose from. Some places also serve during limited hours of the day. Some open and close sporadically, others are not very clean, some run out of food, you just have to wing it.
