Importing Vehicles

Has anyone had experience importing a vehicle to Bolivia? I would like to hear from you, especially regarding import taxes (how much did you pay in the end?), how long did it take, what is the best port to use (Iquique?), were you shaken down, etc. I am interested in bringing a 4x4 to Santa Cruz, something like a Toyota Tacoma. I would probably ship from either Miami or New Orleans.

Also is it possible to drive it here, from say Ecuador, Colombia, or Peru? What happens at the Bolivian border in that case?
