People are nice in Bolivia
by: Anonymous

If you want to move to Bolivia you have to start by visiting a Bolivian consulate in your country. You tell them you want to move to Bolivia and you apply for a specific purpose visa to travel to Bolivia. Once you arrive in Bolivia, you have to apply for residency within 30 days.

To be approved to have residency in Bolivia, you have to show that you have a job here or that you have enough income from somewhere else to be able to support yourself while you live here. Once you are approved to live here, you can meet lots of other foreigners who live in Bolivia and really love their lives here.

It's a beautiful country. Very poor and the political atmosphere is complicated but people are very nice.
