I want to be a Bolivian citizen

I currently am a US citizen age 23 and want to live in Bolivia for a few years. My dad has dual citizenship to Bolivia and the US. With that being said can i then become a Bolivian citizen on those terms? What are the requirements i need to fulfill this? I already have a special objective visa, what else do i need before i go?
