I need to leave Bolivia for more than 3 months. Is there any way not to loose my 1 year residency?

Hello. I need to leave Bolivia for more than 3 months because I am pregnant now and i would like to have my baby born in Europe, not here. But right now i have only 1 year residency.I was wondering if there is some way not to loose it because to obtain it again takes a lot of time and i will have a little baby.
