I Need Information About Studying in La Paz

I'm an American citizen who was born to a Bolivian mother. I am thinking about going to Bolivia to study at a university and become a Bolivian citizen. I was wondering if anyone has any information about studying in Bolivia. Also, if I get my degree there, will it be valid to work in the US. I am interested in studying mehanical engineering. I have a lot family there and have been there in the past, I was just there for two months and got back in September. Any info is greatly appreciated.
