I am looking for a short term apt rental in Cochabamba

I will be in Cochabamba roughly 1 Sept to 15 October. I would be grateful if anyone can provide information on a short-term rental. I'm hoping to find a one-bedroom with wifi included, preferably with a terrace and/or on an upper floor with a view.

If someone wants a short term roommate that would work for me as well. i will mostly be studying Spanish while in Cochabamba.
