How to make a chiro soup?

My boyfriend is bolivian and introduced me to chiro. It's a thick bolivian soup with with three types of corns in it. There is the purple corn, the big white corn, and small white grains. The soup also has meet in it (beef, but I'd like to try it with smoked turkey neck). The soup is delicious and being that I'm a big eater, and love this soup so much, I'd like to be able to make it myself in order to have it readily available as often as possible, as opposed to buying it or facing the possibility of being told that it's sold out. Please help!
