Am a Nigerian how can I get a tourist visa to enter Bolivia from Nigeria Because you consulate is not in West Africa?

If there is no Bolivian consulate in your country, you can use the Bolivian consulates in ANY country nearby or in the region. You can do the procedure by mail, but should consult them by phone or email first. You can look for consulates here:
