Due to family circumstances we have to move to the other side of the world and thus we have to sell our house and our company.
The house.
Without going into too much details, it was build in 2007/2008 from the best materials according to European standards.
It has 2 large and 1 small bedroom, livingroon, diningroom, kitchen, mesanine, deposit, pantry, carpoort, separate guesthouse and separate garage/workshop.
The property
One of the most beautiful places in Samaipata, a bit more than a hectare, with a great view on the town. It has lots of very old trees and a well maintained flower-garden and lawns.
The company
Motorcycle touring with its own fleet of 650 cc motorcycles. We do 6 tours a year with small groups.
It is fully outfitted with all that is needed and runs like a dream.
