Roboré is where you'll stay in you plan to visit this mission town. There aren't any really 5-star or up-scale places to stay. Roboré is where you'll want to stay if you plan to visit the miniscule (really - it's teensy) Jesuit Mission of Santiago de Chiquitos, about 25 kilometers off the main road. Santiago, however, does have 4-5 little eateries. This is a very VERY beautiful area of Bolivia.
