Hi, I would like to ask if I will have any trouble getting into Bolivia with my Peru carnet de extranjería in Puno? I have read some official documents online that people with CE can enter Bolivia with no problem, but some people said that the immigration official will turn it down! If I need to apply for a visa, I would be in group 3 as I hold a Hong Kong passport, and is the procedure very troublesome? Thank you so much for your help! Ryan
