Halloween is catching on in Santa Cruz

Bolivians are beginning to celebrate Halloween at local schools here in Santa Cruz. Most don't know anything about the history of Halloween or why it's celebrated, but the kids have fun. I think its cute how instead of saying "Trick or Treat" they say "Dulce o Travesura" (sweets or mischief). Very cute!
