Group 3 Citizen obtain Visa from Buenus Aires?

I'm Iranian (Group3) living in Malaysia. There is no Bolivia embassy/high commission near Malaysia and nearest is China (far). I'm travelling to Bolivia from Argentina. Can I obtain my Visa from Argentina? Do you know how long will it take? I have invitation letter from my friends in Bolivia too. can I apply upon arrival? Please help!!!

THE LAST WEEK THE BOLIVIAN PARLAMENT HAS APPROVED A NEW AGREEMENT WHICH SUBJECT IS THAT THE IRANIAN CITIZENS DON'T NEED VISA FOR ENTERING IN BOLIVIA. IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE I ADVICED YOU TO CONTACT THE IRANIAN EMBASSY IN BOLIVIA AT 591-22775749 *22784771, THE AMBASSADOR IS MR. GHEZILI

 yes you can get it in Argentina

You can get your tourist visa for Bolivia in Argentina. It will take 1-4 days usually IF you have all the requirements.
