Good haircut in CBBA?

Hi all, I've been living in Bolivia for 6 months, and I really need a haircut. My hair is thick and wavy, and I dread the results I'd get at a local peluqueria.

Anyone have any suggestions for a decent/good women's haircut in the Cochabamba area? I may go to La Paz at some point too, but am based here in the 'ol CBBA.
