girl scout needs recipe

We are hosting a Girl Scout World Thinking Day Bazaar and one of my troops have picked Bolivia as their country of interest. We need to have some food that is traditional in Bolivia. The food needs to be easy enough to make and able to have in bite size. Thank so much.

 Girls Scout Troop as well needing sweet recipe

We as well are a Girl Scout Troop working on Thinking Day and have choosen Bolivia. Can you suggest a sweet recipie that would be suited for girls about 7-10 yrs old to make that would also keep for a few hours for other troops to try?
