First Debate between candidates for governor of Santa Cruz, Bolivia 2010

Sunday, 21 February 2010. From 8-10 p.m. Location: Escuela Audiovisual Diakonia. It will also be shown live on various television channels and transmitted by several radio stations. Former Governor of Santa Cruz Rubén Costas has stated he will not participate (although his photo is on the poster).

Reminder: President Evo Morales passed a law obligating all foreigners who reside in Bolivia and have residencies of over 2 years to vote in the upcoming municipal elections on April 4th. If you registered to vote by February 14th, will vote on April 4th, and speak Spanish, watch this and get to know a little more about the candidates.
