Finding Peace is a collection of poems I've written over the past 20 years. Over time I was challenged to be less private about my poetry and to share it more openly in various ways, including several contests. As a result of that process, eight of the poems below received awards, while others have been shared at public art venues.

As frightening as it was to allow a part of myself to become a part of you, life is about growth and choices and learning to find peace in the choices that we make. Sometimes it takes a lifetime to do that. Charis.
