How much does the Bolivian gov. want to see in your bank account for monthly living?..and must you have the full year´s expenses in the account from the beginning?..is it ok to work here?..thanks, Brian

You will probably want to open a bank account in Bolivia with at least $500 but you need to show you have a steady income elsewhere if you don't plan to work here. Otherwise, for residency, you will have to prove you plan to work or volunteer your time here.
