EXPOFOREST 2011, the 9th International Forest, Lumber and Technology Fair, will take place in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia from March 23-26, 2011. It is the largest fair in Bolivia covering issues such as biodiversity, fresh water, research, technology, the promotion of sustainable development projects, and forest products.

230 exhibitors participated in EXPOFOREST 2010, which covered 9000m2 of surface. 11,513 people visited the fair and $43,400,000 US Dollars in intended business were exchanged last year, making this a very important encounter between small, mid-sized and large companies working in this industrial sector.

In addition, 166 companies participated in 2,302 meetings generating $39,200,000 in economic movement during the accompanying Business Round Table.
