These are incredibly detailed and beautiful and well worth a visit. Carnaval in Santa Cruz is very different from the world-renowned Carnaval in Oruro. Manzana Uno is located on the city's main plaza 24 de Septiembre just behind the Cathedral and there is no admission fee.
