If you didn't specifically ask her that, then my guess would be that she assumed you will travel on the Israeli passport. It sounds like you won't have a problem traveling on that passport. You could additionally carry your American passport with you just in case you need it for anything (emergencies, other countries. etc.)

Hi thanks for email me so fast! no the lady their didn't say that, she just Sade to me that i don't need A visa you have Israeli passports,so i am assuming that i need to show the Israeli passport from the time i live, wot do you think or should i just go back and gate A visa anyway

I would go by what the consulate says. Did they recommend you travel on the Israeli passport or the American passport?

I went today to the Bolivian consulate 3601 wilshire BLVD on the 10Th Flore in LA CA, and i show my tow passports USA and the Israeli! and asked if i do need A visa for Bolivia, and she said that i don't need visa to Bolivia, so let me wot do you think please,thanks noah

The U.S. is in Group II - countries that must acquire a tourist visa prior to arrival. If you are entering Bolivia from the USA on a USA passport, you need to acquire a tourist visa for American citizens at the Bolivian consulate nearest you in the US.
Israel is in Group I - countries that do not need a tourist visa to enter Bolivia.
